One month means 1 box of 4 pens or 1 bottle of 30 tablets, and the intro offer is limited to patients new to Novo's programs.
Wegovy GoodRx vs NovoCare Direct: Same Price, Different Counter
Since the dollar figures are identical, the choice is purely logistical:

Ozempic follows the same two-track logic. The partnership price: $199/month for the first 2 fills (0.25/0.5 mg, new patients — currently through June 30, 2026), then $349/month for the 0.25, 0.5, and 1 mg pens, and $499/month for the 2 mg pen. Oral semaglutide tiers run $149-$299.
The standard-coupon alternative shows why the partnership matters: against a list price of $997.58 for a 28-day supply, a conventional GoodRx coupon recently priced Ozempic at about $1,014 at Walmart — roughly 13% below that pharmacy's retail, and nearly three times the partnership rate. If you're seeing a four-digit "GoodRx price" for Ozempic, you're looking at the wrong tier; the Novo cash price requires selecting the self-pay offer, not the generic coupon.
GoodRx Zepbound and GoodRx Mounjaro: Where Coupons Fail

The Zepbound gap is brutal: a GoodRx coupon leaves you around $1,075; LillyDirect's Self Pay program — now covering vials and KwikPens, with pens also at major retail pharmacies since February 2026 — charges $299-$449 for the identical drug. Can You Use GoodRx With Insurance?
No — and this trips up more people than any other rule. A GoodRx price (either tier) is a cash transaction processed outside your insurance. Consequences:
- It cannot reduce your copay. It replaces your insurance for that fill entirely.
- Cash fills don't count toward your deductible or out-of-pocket maximum.
- You can't combine GoodRx with the Wegovy or Ozempic savings card — one program per fill.
