Novo's own disclosure names them: AssistRx handles patient intake, outreach and the benefits check; CoAssist Pharmacy, doing business as NovoCare Pharmacy, takes in the prescription and either dispenses it or hands it off; CenterWell Pharmacy runs patient accounts, payment, refills, tracking and shipping. A few fine-print points worth knowing before you anchor on a number:

• The $199 intro applies to patients new to the Wegovy Savings Offer or NovoCare Pharmacy, on the 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg starter doses only, for 2 monthly fills. After that, every pen dose is $349. The terms define a new patient as someone who has never filled a Wegovy injection prescription through NovoCare Pharmacy.
• The intro offer has three separate deadlines, not one: the prescription must be written on or before 12/31/2026, received by the pharmacy by end of day 12/31/2026, and shipped on or before 1/31/2027. Cutting it fine in late December is how people lose the price.
• These deadlines have been rolling. The $199 offer was originally set to expire March 31, 2026 and has been pushed back more than once; check the current window before you count on it.

The Wegovy Pill Through NovoCare Pharmacy

The oral version — Wegovy tablets, the same semaglutide molecule taken daily instead of injected weekly — is the cheapest thing NovoCare sells, and it's the reason the program's floor price is $149 rather than $349.

Four practical points:

• A "month" is one bottle of 30 tablets, and NovoCare will only dispense in 30-tablet increments. A 3-month fill is 3 bottles — a true 90 days, unlike the 84-day pen equivalent.
• The 4 mg discount is a limited-time offer with its own conditions. Novo's Wegovy page frames it simply as $149 until August 31, 2026; the program terms add that it applies to patients who have never filled a Wegovy tablet prescription through NovoCare, with the prescription written and received by 8/31/26 and shipped on or before 9/30/26.
• 1.5 mg at $149 is the standard price, not a promotion, so it has no expiry attached to it.
• Price does not climb smoothly with dose. Going from 4 mg to 9 mg doubles the monthly cost, and 25 mg costs the same as 9 mg — which matters, because the titration ladder ends at 25 mg for most patients.

Who Qualifies for NovoCare Self-Pay Pricing

The self-pay program is built for cash payers, and the eligibility rules are less about who you are than about how the prescription is processed:

• Uninsured patients qualify. No insurance check, no income test.
• Commercially insured patients whose plan excludes Wegovy qualify — you simply pay outside your insurance. Note that self-pay fills don't count toward your deductible or out-of-pocket maximum.
• Medicare, Medicaid and other government-insured patients can self-pay too. Novo's program terms are explicit: patients must "either be uninsured or have insurance (either commercial or government-funded), but decide to self-pay." What's off-limits is running the claim through the plan, not having the plan.

• Timing in treatment doesn't matter. Novo confirms the program works for patients just starting out and for patients already months into a maintenance dose.
